Regional IT work- Solution Architect (cover Taiwan and China region)
The Solution Architect is responsible for the successful completion
of an approved Business Process and or Technical solution.
The Solution Architect will ensure all required support resources are engaged as appropriate and manage all Service Line pursuit costs relating to the technical solution. The Solution Architect will provide the project management framework and act as the interface and single point of contact between the team developing the solution and the Client Care Team and Service Line leadership. The Solution Architect will provide strategic direction and oversight to all Business Process and or Technical participants in developing the solution and is responsible for integrating into an end-to-end Business Process and or Technical solution. The position requires strong interpersonal, communications, client- facing and organisational skills, together with experience in service line/offering frameworks with a working knowledge of ABC? products and service offerings as well as understanding of Delivery capabilities and direction.
